Welcome and thank you for time in reading a bit about myself and your interest in my photography.

I was born in 1973 in Aalen, Germany and currently living in Rastatt, Germany. Having moved around quite frequently with my full- time job as a Coatings Process Manager. This gave me the opportunity to discover one of the most passionate things in my life - Photography. The greatest distance that my job has taken me is to Birmingham, Alabama, U.S.A. These two years "across the pond" were really exciting times for me. My second passion is travelling. Unfortunately, I don't always have enough time and funds to pursue such lavish trips each year. In 2008, my trip to South Africa was one of the most peaceful moments and country that I have ever encounted with its natural surroundings and magnificant varied viewpoints.

I have been a self-taught photographer now since 2004; thanks to the contribution to online communitiy photo sharing, which enabled me to improve my skills quite rapidly. I am always on the hunt for a new inspiring ideas and techniques that could help expand my somewhat "small" horizon of photography, plus I am attracted to all things beautiful as the eye can see, and surprisingly, those small pleasures are usually close at hand.

My photography style is very varied, however, I foremost favor architecture and landscape photography. Another photography interest that I have is to portary people in the street; here I am attempting to polish my skills with such moving beings. Lo and behold I am still trying!
